All our products/furniture are made of India’s best Solid Sheesham Wood.

What is the warranty?

All our products carry a lifetime warranty for termite resistance.

Is complete furniture made of Sheesham Wood?

Yes, furniture is made of Solid Sheesham Wood. In Beds, an engineered board is provided extra to support mattresses and cushions. In Sofas, Plyboard is provided extra to support seats & cushions. Back of cabinets, being invisible parts are made in plywood as industry-accepted standard.

What is an ideal delivery time?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within 1 week

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping cost is inclusive in product cost

What if there is some issue/damage in transit?

All the transit relates damages are totally our responsibility

My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow up to 1 week for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately.

Returns & Cancellation

What is your Return Policy?

We have a very Simple Policy for any Damage or Defect

  2. If not repairable Return? replacement/refund

Can I cancel an order?

No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed. In case of an exception, at the sole discretion of HomeEdge, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer. In case of cancellations, no refund will be made for Part Payment orders; the advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
